The lightrail is certainly a constant source of energy and movement which symbolize time. This symbol of time is why I am so connected to this project. My goal will be to capture both vanishing points of the lightrail at varying periods of the day, and then seaming it together. My overall goal will be to also have the train itself shown in all of the images so it will be the backbone to the overall collage of images.
I foresee lighting to be the most difficult part to the project. I will work with various exposures and Photoshop to edit the images so they show the ideal setting in time (i.e. 5:00am will be dark, 12:00pm will be bright). I will ensure I shoot all images from the same spot by placing some mark on the ground (chalk, tape, gum, etc.), and then I will be sure to remove the mark after all final shots have been taken.
