At the beginning, I took some pictures of my dorm and I'd like to collage them from morning to night, from left to right. But I found that it's hard to collage them perfect, so I changed the topic to the view of MU, which is the most lively place in weekdays. However, I prefer the view of it in weekends, it's really quiet and calm. So I took many pictures of it. But it's also hard for me to collage them perfectly.
And above picture is what I did for the final work.
I prefer black and white more than colors, so I make this project changed to black and white. Also black and white could make the day and night much more apparently. I labeled the time on each part too.
I really like how you varied the light and dark by using black and white. The only issue I have is I just wish there were more people in it. Right now it is too still, not a lot of motion or activity.

ReplyDeleteI feel like you did a great job piecing together the pictures, all the lines match perfectly. I would be interested to see it in color however, but overall great project.
ReplyDeleteI really like that you used black and white, however I wonder how color could have looked and if maybe it could capture the sunlight more efficiently.
